Some good news to share

I have some good news to share. My daughter, Bobbie just got engaged May 2. Her boyfriend, Joe finally proposed to her after over 3 or 4 years of dating, I can't remember, anyway she said yes. Congratulations to my daughter and future son-in-law. Also some other good news for me and my wife, it is our 2 year wedding anniversary today May 3. We celebrate with our 14 month old son, Michael. In other good news Manny Pacquaio defeated Ricky Hatton in the second round last night with a knock out. Way to go Pacman!

and oh.. happy anniversary to you and your wife! i am really happy to see happy couples together. hoping for hundred more anniversaries together for you both.
ah oh.. i've watched pacquiao's fight, too. my boyfriend's (who is swedish) is a fan of pacquiao. it was him who never slept while waiting for manny's fight. we watched the fight through a stream on the internet... live.. it was 5:40 in the morning here in sweden when manny's fight started. it was worth the wait! go manny!

Congratulations on two fronts, your own anniversary and your daughter's engagement - I'll bet she is thrilled. My daughter is 30 and has no immediate plans on tying the knot although she's been seeing a wonderful man for 18 months now and although he's asked, she hasn't accepted.........yet.
Congrats to your daughter and Happy 2nd Anniversary to both of you! Hope you guys have a very, very long life together.. :)
